These roof vent covers are the replacement cover for the Fan-Tastic product.
The condition of roof vent covers should be checked annually, ones with a dull lifeless look should be replaced. This usually indicates brittleness and failure. A cover in good condition usually has a shiny appearance.
Plastic framed units should be inspected carefully for cracks in the frame, both on the roof and from inside, with the inside trim ring removed. If any cracks are observed the product should be replaced.
